On March 14 , 2020 Xavier Pierce found himself after being in technical rehearsals for Taylor Mac's new piece THE FRE at the Flea Theatre In New York City. Xavier was blown away by the email that was sent by the theatre a day before opening telling the cast ,crew and designers that they were suspending the production due to the Coronavirus pandemic that was engulfing the city and later the country. Xavier at that moment realized It would be hard to produce theatre and live entertainment events as the coronavirus spread through person to person contact through the air by small droplets. Everyday during the quarantine of New York City Xavier sat in his apartment by himself wondering how to get a head of the virus , and everyday Xavier went to his window and at 7pm beat his pots and pans out of the window in support of the essential workers risking there lives to save lives. There was such an incredible respect and admiration for Nurses and Doctors and for the Medical profession at large that Xavier started to take Public Health and Epidemiology classes.During the New York City Quarantine, Xavier thought about all of the livelihoods lost as a result of Covid-19 and decided that he would work tirelessly to bring those livelihoods back safely and that is where the Impetus for Theatrical Health Strategies llc started.

Xavier's lighting design experience in Theatre , Dance , Opera , and Live Events has given him a unique perspective on the live entertainment Industry as a whole .Xaviers relationship with artistic leaders across the country has provided him with the tools to be able help navigate the artistic world that the industry finds itself in during this devastating pandemic experience.

Iris Bass has over 15 years in the Public Health Care Industry. Iris currently is a Critical Covid Care Registered Nurse Level III in the state of Florida. Iris has seen first hand the damage that Covid -19 has delivered on to the population. She is very passionate about providing strategies and resources to keep our communities safe . Iris graduated from Florida A& M University with a degree from the School of Nursing . Iris has Certifications in BLS, ACLS,PALS,NRP ENCC, ENPC, TNCC. Iris is an invaluable Navigator with the integrity to give clear and concise information. Her experience and service to this great country will help ensure that we keep all our communities safe .
